InYourSuitcase terms of use

These terms apply when you use InYourSuitcase, an app made by KWE (KWE, Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ). By using the app you agree to them.

Using the app

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Use the app lawfully and considerately. Do not try to break, overload or misuse it, and do not add content that is unlawful or harms others.

Your content

Trips and notes you add belong to you. You give us permission to store and display them to you and the people you share them with, so the app can work. Only share a trip with people you trust.

Suggestions and information

Packing suggestions, weather information, seasonal guides and AI-generated plans are general suggestions, not professional advice. They can be wrong or out of date. Check opening times, prices, travel requirements, health advice and safety before you travel. You are responsible for your own travel decisions.

Availability

We try to keep the app running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features, and we will try to give notice where we reasonably can.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights, or our responsibility for things we cannot lawfully limit. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, KWE is not liable for losses caused by relying on suggestions in the app, by missed bookings or travel problems, or by loss of data.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
