These terms apply when you use or buy from KWE (KWE, Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ). Each app also has its own terms of use, which apply alongside these.

Subscriptions

• The apps are free to use. Premium features are an optional subscription, billed monthly or yearly.
• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The price is shown before you buy.
• You can cancel at any time. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If you subscribed through Google Play, manage and cancel it in Google Play. If you subscribed on the web, use the manage link in your receipt email or contact us.

Refunds

If something has gone wrong with a payment, email support@kwe.life and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
